I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Project Management
- Understand Project objectives, deadlines, priorities, impact,..
- Use suitable project management model to deliver different project types
- Plan budget and prepare budget proposal, develop a detailed project plan
- Develop a detailed project plan
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Able to form the team and set up project governance
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & make reports
- Bidding and logistics vendor selection
Operations Management
- Warehouse In-Out Management
- Monitor & maintain 3PL performance, set up KPI
- Manage last mile shipping carrier at 3PL‘s location
- Cost control and optimization
- Maintain and Enhance service level alignment of internal team and 3pl
- System integration
Leadership
- Accelerate unleashing of talent and performance in your team
- Looks for oportunities in business, market, category, processes or other field of expertise and communicate them actively
- Lead the team to deliver company and department strategies
- Think broadly and embrace diversity by balancing different perspectives
- Delegate: increase ownership, also on lower levels
- Monitoring and Reporting
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Logoistics & Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years in management/ project management, 3-5 years in logistics industry
- Have experience in logistics related field (Freight forwarding, Fulfilment Service)
- Have experience in foreign partner communication and influence (China/ US/ EU)
- Strong analytical (MS; Googlesheet; Power BI; VBA.... is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skill
