Description:
Responsible for building and managing the company’s training system to ensure effective cultural and functional onboarding (time to competency) for new employees. Additionally, the role addresses ongoing organizational capability needs and fosters a strong learning culture to support the company's long-term development.

  • Design and deliver general onboarding programs to help new hires quickly understand company culture, vision, and core values.

  • Consult and support departments in implementing effective functional onboarding programs tailored to specific roles or business units.

  • Conduct training needs assessments across the organization to identify skill gaps and design development roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

  • Organize training programs (internal or external) based on capability needs and business demands.

  • Implement learning culture initiatives, such as Wiki4All, Centre of Functional Excellence, and Y4A Academy, to promote continuous development.

  • Develop a pool of internal trainers, including identification, capability building, and performance support to strengthen in-house training resources.

  • Diversify training formats such as e-learning, gamification, podcasts, expert articles, and internal blogs to optimize cost, scalability, and learning impact.

  • Manage training systems and outcomes, including learning data, evaluation results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve training effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • At least 3 to 5 years in Training & Development or equivalent
  • Preferably experienced employee specialized in ecommerce or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
  • Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency
