I. JOBDESCRIPTIONS
1. Performance System Design and Implementation:
- Lead the creation and execution of a performance management framework that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Develop performance appraisal processes, documentation standards, and training materials to ensure consistent and fair evaluations.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure the framework addresses the needs of all departments, while remaining adaptable to evolving business goals.
2. Goal Setting and Alignment:
- Implement a goal-setting process that aligns individual and team objectives with company goals, ensuring clarity, relevance, and measurability.
- Provide resources, training, and support to managers to effectively set, track, and review goals with their teams, reinforcing accountability and motivation.
- Facilitate quarterly and annual goal alignment workshops to keep objectives synchronized with organizational priorities.
3. Coaching and Development:
- Design coaching programs that provide managers with the tools and resources to guide, support, and develop their teams effectively.
- Train managers on effective feedback techniques, focusing on constructive communication that supports employee growth and improvement.
- Track coaching engagement and feedback to assess the impact and effectiveness of development programs.
4. Performance Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using data to support continuous improvement in performance management.
- Compile and present performance insights in quarterly reports to inform leadership on employee performance patterns, departmental achievements, and developmental needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all reporting.
5. Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and build employee engagement, utilizing insights from performance reviews.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee engagement and identify opportunities for improvement in the employee experience.
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to support retention through targeted development programs that address career growth and satisfaction.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus.)
2. Skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS and performance management software.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience
- Minimum 5 years in performance management, HR, or organizational development roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
