I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Support execution of tax compliance activities and ensure timely, accurate submission of reports in alignment with company financial goals.
• Assist in monitoring tax practices and propose adjustments when needed.

2. Risk Assessment and Management

• Assist in identifying and assessing potential tax risks.
• Support preparation of documentation or actions to mitigate tax exposures.
• Maintain and update records of risk assessment and corrective actions under direction of management.

3. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by staying updated on legal changes.
• Support preparation and timely submission of required tax filings and reports.

4. Tax Scenario Analysis

• Evaluate various tax scenarios and their potential impact on the business environment.
• Prepare working papers and assist in drafting analysis reports for management review.
• Provide input to help forecast impacts of tax changes under guidance from senior members.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Provide guidance to internal departments on tax-related issues and policies.
• Share updates regarding changes in tax regulations or procedures with stakeholders.
• Participate in discussions or meetings on tax-related matters when assigned.

6. Research and Policy Updates

• Conduct research to stay informed about emerging tax regulations and industry trends.
• Analyze the impact of new regulations on company operations and finances.
• Update internal tax policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields; MBA and ACCA/CPA certification preferred.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations and international tax principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Misa, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of tax planning, risk management frameworks, and tax optimization strategies.

2. Skills

• Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill, experience working with C-suite is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong multitasking skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently

3. Experience

• 4+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other Finance related fields.
• Ecommerce experience is a plus.
