I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Support in Financial Planning:

• Support annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and realistic budget submissions.
• Maintain financial models that support forecasting and long-term planning.
• Analyze actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights.

2. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and update management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Keeping track of each department‘s and the company‘s KPIs. Drive automation of reporting processes and development of SOPs to improve efficiency.

3. New product / Service Financial Modelling:

• Creating, updating, and maintaining current and potential project financial models for new product/service launch.
• Monthly consolidation of all project financial models in order to keep track of the New product financial performance.

4. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Evaluate business performance, including profitability analysis, margin analysis, and cost management.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessments.

5. Investor Relations & IPO Preparation:

• Assist in preparing investor materials, data sets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely reporting. Prepare financial presentations, briefing materials, and other investor communications.
• upport the maintenance of relationships with existing and potential investors, assist in handling inquiries, and coordinate logistics for investor meetings and events. meetings, conferences, and related events.
• Support IPO readiness by coordinating with external advisors (investment banks, auditors, and legal counsel), developing the equity story, preparing investor materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Having knowledge on foreign accounting tools is an advantage (Quickbook/Misa/ERP).

2. Skills

• Excellent Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) skills, knowledge of SQL/PowerQuery/PowerPivot/Python is a plus.
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.

3. Experience

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or investor relations. Prior exposure to IPO preparation or public company reporting is a strong plus.
