ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SOP Development and Management
- Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of SOPs across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.
2. Process Consolidation
- Identify areas of improvement within existing procedures and implement best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of SOPs and suggest improvements as necessary.
3. Training and Compliance
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are familiar with and adhere to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs through regular audits and inspections.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
4. ISO 27000 Implementation
- Develop and implement ISO 27000 standards within the organization, ensuring compliance with information security management practices.
- Work closely with relevant teams to integrate ISO 27000 standards into existing SOPs.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate information security risks.
- Lead internal audits and ensure continuous improvement of ISO 27000 compliance.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain an organized repository of all SOPs and related documents.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on SOP compliance and effectiveness.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Experience
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in process management, internal control, TQM, and risk management.
- Certification in process management, quality management, or risk management (preferred).
