I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Logistics Operations:

• Prepare All Required Information for Logistics Operation

• Work with Purchasing Team to Confirm Booking Completion and On-Time Capacity

• Collaborate with Forwarder, Customs Clearance, Trucking, and Domestic Warehousing Partner

• Manage Broker and Warehouse Overall and Step-by-Step Performance

• Resolve Ad-Hoc Issues During and After Order Delivery

• Work Closely with Broker & Warehouse to Develop Solutions for Supply Chain Requirements

• Update Order Status and Documentation on ERP and Internal Systems

2. Vendor & Payment Management:

• Manage Outstanding Balance of Logistics Partners and Monitor Bond, Tax, and Duties

• Process Payment Documents

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge:

• General - Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics.
• In-depth understanding of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs laws, import/export regulations, and compliance standards such as Incoterms, shipping regulations
• Proficiency with logistics software such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and tracking systems.
• Knowledge of risk management practices, including contingency planning and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.

2. Skills:

• Good command of English, especially in writing.
• Good with numbers, logical thinking, communication and decision making.
• Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues such as delays, shipping errors, or inventory shortages.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts, rates, and agreements with logistics providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

3. Experience

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in Import/ Export position or Logistics / Customs clearance for trade/ manufacturing / 3PL companies preferred.
