With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Gather market data on key trends and competitor initiatives. Create concepts for new trends and inspiration in efforts to create a concept board.
- Prepare sketches of ideas and detailed drawings and present drafts to leadership for further modifications (Product pitching)
- Schedule cross functional meeting to discuss product requirement, conception, rendering
- Develop designs for new products through sketching and 3D modeling.
- Develop designs for existing products to improve on the design or reduce cost taking into consideration current patent landscape
- Participate on samples and pricing review.
- Attend trade shows and visit factories to learn about new industry trends
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor‘s degree in industrial fine art or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of product design/3d design and related experience.
- Experience in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, lighting and compositing
- 3D software skills: 3ds Max + Vray. Additional software knowledge in Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, After Effects or Unreal would be an advantage, but is not mandatory
- 2D software skills: Photoshop
- Ability to communicate concepts with sketches to 3D models
- Design thinking, creativity and concept creation. Creative, have a strong sense of beauty, and if possible, love sports equipment. Great visual presentation skills.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility. Flexible and works well in a team environment
