I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

As the TQM Director, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the quality standards of our product offerings. You will be responsible for leading and implementing Total Quality Management strategies to ensure the delivery of top-tier products that meet and exceed customer expectations

1. Develop and Implement TQM Strategies
• Formulate and execute Total Quality Management strategies that align with Company‘s commitment to delivering superior products.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
2. Quality Assurance and Control:
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control processes, from product development to manufacturing and distribution.
• Implement measures to identify, prevent, and address quality issues promptly.
• Define and communicate product quality standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Supplier Quality Management
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain stringent quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet Company‘s quality requirements.
4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans for quality deviations.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Utilize data and key performance indicators to assess and monitor product quality.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to address quality challenges and enhance overall product performance.
6. Team Leadership and Development
• Build and lead a high-performing TQM team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on Total Quality Management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of implementing successful quality management strategies.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
