I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Product Quality Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

- Proactively monitor and ensure consistent product quality during mass production after handover from Product Development.

- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives for long-term solutions to product challenges.

2. Cross-functional Issue Resolution

- Collaborate with relevant departments (Product Development, Sourcing, Vendors, etc.) to identify and eliminate recurring product issues.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis and follow up on action plans for sustainable solutions.

3. Process Documentation and Optimization

- Support the development and ongoing improvement of process documentation, workflows, and best practices.

- Ensure updates are shared and adopted to enhance overall process effectiveness.

4. Product Feedback & Review Management

- Work with Customer Service to review and address feedback from product reviews and customer insights.

- Coordinate improvement actions and ensure timely resolution for any identified concerns.

5. Supplier Performance Management

- Maintain and update performance scorecards for suppliers on a regular basis.

- Utilize performance data to drive ongoing supplier development and responsiveness.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all improvement activities and actions.

- Prepare regular reports on product status, action plan progress, and project outcomes.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

- Understanding of product quality assurance principles, mass production processes, and quality control methods.

- Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Knowledge of quality documentation, supplier quality management, and e-commerce product review management is a strong advantage.

- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and product quality.

Skills

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify root causes of recurring quality issues and drive effective, sustainable solutions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate with QA, PD, Sourcing, Suppliers, and Customer Service teams to resolve product issues.

- Process Improvement: Experience in developing, refining, and implementing SOPs, checklists, and quality control processes.

- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.

- Documentation & Reporting: Strong documentation skills; able to maintain accurate records of quality actions, CAPA, and supplier performance scorecards.

- Data-driven: Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to identify trends and measure improvement.

- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel (including basic data analysis), and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product quality assurance, production quality, or a related field (e.g., manufacturing, supplier management).

- Hands-on experience in driving cross-functional issue resolution and managing CAPA processes.

- Experience in working with suppliers and/or resolving customer complaints on e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs, checklists, or other quality control documents.

- Candidates with prior experience in the sporting goods and/or furniture industries are highly preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong advantage.
