I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
Indirect Procurement Strategy Development
- Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes quarterly.
- Build relationships with internal departments to identify procurement needs and offer strategic solutions.
Cost & Process Optimizational
- Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that streamline processes and lower expenses.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks.
Data & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Manage contract renewals and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
Reporting
- Prepare and present procurement data analysis and statistics to guide strategic decision-making
II. REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
- Excellent customer service orientation, ensuring satisfaction across departments.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, particularly in categories like Facilities, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Office Maintenance.
- Proven track record in managing procurement processes, from sourcing and negotiations to vendor management.
Knowledge:
- A degree in Purchasing & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement laws, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
Key Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies.
- Negotiation: Skilled negotiator capable of securing favorable terms and driving value.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
