I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Promotion Planning

• Design detailed promotion plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and integration of campaigns, launches

• Adapt promotion plan to changing conditions and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Research and Optimization implement new promotion tactics/strategies to help increase the efficiency of promotion performance

• Align tactical plans with strategic goals and identify potential risks or challenges in execution.

Promotion Execution

• Implement and optimize the effectiveness of promotion for each campaign.

• Coordinate with related departments to exceed the Performance business profit target.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to analyze and measure promotion performance.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

• University bachelor’s degree   in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.

Skills

• Good English is a must;

• Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced analytics tool/knowledge is preferable;

• Both the theory-driven and data-driven approaches in solving problems;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) to collaborate with team members and to explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Key Account Management, Business Development or similar roles. E-commerce experience is a priority;

• Working experience in e-commerce/ retail or FMCG category management;
