JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the execution team to define and align product development strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap based on market insights and company goals.

Product Ideation and Conceptualization:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into viable product prototypes.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product concepts based on feasibility, market demand, and strategic alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration between product development, design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components.

Project Management:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products to market.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for all products.
  • Work with quality control teams to conduct thorough product testing and evaluation.

Market Launch:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and promotional materials.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master‘s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development positions, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and best practices manufacturing and sourcing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
