RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for Amazon, Wayfair and Walmart channels to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Set clear KPIs and performance targets for campaigns, aligning with broader marketing and business goals.
Campaign Management
- Oversee and optimize Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Wayfair Advertising ( and Walmart Connect campaigns to maximize ROI and sales.
- Ensure campaigns run on schedule, within budget, and are continually optimized (bids, keywords, audience targeting).
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of category-focused performance marketing executives (Indoor, Outdoor, Gardening, International…), providing direction and expertise.
- Coordinate team efforts and ensure best practices are shared and implemented across categories.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Closely monitor key marketplace metrics such as sales velocity, conversion rates, Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS), Total ACOS (TACOS), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify trends and opportunities; make data-informed decisions to adjust strategies, improve conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition cost.
Content & Listing Optimization
- Work with the content/merchandising team to ensure product listings on Amazon, Wayfair and Walmart are fully optimized (SEO-rich titles, bullet points, images, A+ content) to improve organic rankings and quality scores.
- Align advertising efforts with listing improvements for maximum impact on visibility and conversion.
Budget Management
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets across Amazon and Walmart, focusing on efficiency and high ROI.
- Track spend vs. sales daily and monthly.
- Ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving targets. Reallocate budget to high-performing tactics as needed for optimal results.
Competitive Analysis
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research on both platforms.
- Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and performance trends, and recommend adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Stay informed on marketplace changes (algorithm updates, new ad features, policy shifts) to proactively adapt strategies.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and ROI on Amazon, Wayfair and Walmart marketing efforts.
- Use data visualization and clear analysis to demonstrate the impact of campaigns and marketplace initiatives.
- Propose action plans for continuous improvement and address any underperformance areas promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with a proven track record managing successful campaigns on major platforms (Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc.).
- At least 2–3 years specifically in Amazon marketplace advertising or e-commerce management is highly preferred.
- Marketplace Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising (PPC) is required, including familiarity with campaign setup and optimization. Experience with Walmart Connect or managing Walmart Marketplace is a strong plus, as the role covers both channels.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amazon business reports). Able to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate. Experience in managing or coordinating a small team is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English – able to report results and insights clearly to stakeholders and negotiate with external partners (e.g., Amazon reps) effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and tools such as Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), business intelligence dashboards, and keyword research tools. Experience with automation or optimization tools (e.g., Pacvue, Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus.
- Certifications: Professional certifications are a plus. For example, Amazon Advertising Accreditation, Google Ads Certification, or related digital marketing certifications indicate a solid foundation and commitment to ongoing learning.
- International Competitiveness: Fluency in English and awareness of global e-commerce standards. Experience working in or with international teams or markets is beneficial, as Yes4All’s marketplace business spans multiple regions. An understanding of Vietnamese work culture combined with international best practices is ideal, given the Vietnam-based role with global scope.
