 I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Market Research and Analysis:

• Gather data on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market dynamics.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and potential markets.

New Product Development (Support NPD Project Leader)

• Classify data as assigned.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, reviews, and behavioral data to uncover insights that inform new product ideation.
• Monitor competitors’ products and strategies to identify gaps in the market and potential areas for differentiation.

Business Case Preparation & Other tasks:

• Support line manager to prepare comprehensive business cases that include market analysis, financial projections, and strategic alignment.
• Consolidate all information related to assigned categories.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel) and love to work with data
• Good Analytical skills
• E-commerce knowledge is preferable
• Ability to cope with multiple projects and good time management
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
