I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Leadership
- Lead and mentor ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive innovation in machine learning solutions.
- Define and execute the ML roadmap, aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of ML models, from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
2. Collaboration
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems efficiently.
3. Hands-on
- Ensure best practices in ML model development, including reproducibility, version control, and performance evaluation.
- Optimize and automate ML workflows, leveraging MLOps principles for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
4. Performance
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess model accuracy, efficiency, and impact.
- Advocate for ML adoption across the organization and drive data-driven decision-making.
5. Tech savvy
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and data science to apply state-of-the-art techniques.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge:
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for ML applications.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and their ML services.
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Dask for handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with data engineering, feature engineering, and data pipeline optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD practices for ML model deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI techniques.
2. Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as ML Engineer and at least 1+ years of experience working as ML Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide ML engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address ML challenges and model performance issues.
- Strategic thinking to align ML initiatives with business objectives.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration between ML, data, and engineering teams.
- Experience in optimizing ML models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with AI advancements.
