I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Intellectual Property Research: 

• Conduct comprehensive research on patents, trademarks, and copyrights relevant to Yes4All's products and business activities.
• Manages intellectual property strategy, drafting, and filing across Yes4All's international markets.
• Utilize databases, search engines, and other resources to identify existing IP rights and potential conflicts.

2. Report Generation: 

• Consulting, drafting, and legal review of daily or unexpected business operations issues according to Yes4All's requirements, from time to time.
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and providing recommendations for further action.
• Present research findings to internal stakeholders, including legal and business teams, to inform decision-making processes.
• Synthesize information, research records and search for legal documents related to the Yes4All's business activities.
• Propose measures to limit legal risks that may affect the company both now and in the future.
• Other duties as assigned by management

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field.
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in intellectual property, legal research, or a related field. Candidates who have experience in e-commerce are preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations, contract law, enterprise…
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
