I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. IC Process design

• Provide support to process owners to develop process documentation
• Conduct internal control trainings to process users

2. IC Process execution

• Periodic review MICS/SOX
• Provide support to DAG implementation
• Audit and Identify internal control gaps and recommend improvements
• Provide BOD with compliance report
• Assist BOD in preparing and implementing corrective action plans to address control deficiencies

3. Implement and revamp ERP for all legal entities in the Group

4. Risk management

• Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Group
• Make risk assessments, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
• Evaluate risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the Group such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluate previous handling of risks
• Report risk assessment to BOD
• Undertake corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
• Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the Group.

5. Conduct projects or tasks as assigned by Line Manager promptly.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• Industry Experiences: Experience in reporting, internal control, compliance, and shared service center operation. Prefer in Ecommerce industry.
• 8+ years experience in Accounting, Internal control, Compliance, and related areas
• Strong technical knowledge in USGAAP, IFRS and VAS
• ERP implementation and enhancement
• Having a comprehensive knowledge of budget management, KPI setting and strategic long term planning.
• Prefer in one accounting/ consulting firms such as: PwC, E&Y, Deloitte, or KPMG and have IPO experience
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Proficient skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of PDCA, have strong ability on judgment, analysis and resolve problem.
