I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Procurement Operations & Supplier Management:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories, including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure strong relationships with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and continuously evaluate supplier performance.
2. Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews and maintain up-to-date documentation to support internal audits and minimize risks.
3. Purchase Order & Data Management, Reporting:
- Oversee the execution and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy in procurement systems.
- Analyze procurement data to generate reports on expenditure, supplier performance, and contract management.
- Provide insights to inform procurement strategies and optimize processes.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes, particularly in indirect categories.
- Expertise in supplier management, contract negotiations, and market research.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
2. Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and contracts.
- Attention to detail for procurement records and ensuring compliance.
- Analytical mindset for effective data management and reporting.
3. Experiences
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, focusing on indirect categories.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and purchase order management.
- Experience with procurement reporting and data analysis for strategy development.
