I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
1. Strategic IT Leadership:
- Develop and implement an IT service strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and application support, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction across all technology services.
3. Vendor and Budget Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts terms, and optimize IT expenditures to align with budgetary constraints and strategic priorities.
4. Risk and Compliance Management:
- Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards, proactively mitigating risks and addressing vulnerabilities.
5. Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record with 7+ years in IT services management, including leadership roles in infrastructure, service delivery, and support.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and IT service management frameworks.
- Strategic and Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and oversee large-scale IT operations.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong team leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Proven ability to address complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
