Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

 I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Build & foster corporate culture

  • Develop annual corporate culture activity plan in line with People & Culture and business strategies to foster corporate culture identity and spirits, boost company growth, high performance, employee satisfaction and increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement culture activity plan and monitor execution and stakeholders to ensure the expected results and quality.
  • Partner with function departments (total rewards, L&D, Corporate Services, People Partner and HoDs, Corporate Communication, people managers) to plan innitiatives to foster corporate culture spirits in all functions and organisational practices.

Build leadership brand & reputation

  • Plan innitiatives to foster leadership brand, leadership role models at coporate and department/team levels.
  • Implement innitiatives to enhance leadership through internal activities and partner with people partner /corporate brand have leadership participation in public/CSR events to promote leadership brand.

Build an engaged workplace

  • Partner with function departments (total rewards, L&D, Corporate Services, People Partner and HoDs) to plan and execute innitiatives, team activities to foster employee engagement and retention in line with corporate culture spirit.
  • Lead organising corporate internal events and activities to boost employee/team engagement.
  • Plan and execute innitiatives to enhance employee motivation, voices/feedbacks, and well-being.
  • Design and execute employee surveys to pulse the employee satisfaction & engagement and work with functional teams to plan and implement actions for improvement.
  • Promote peole and culture through contribution of stories, feeds to corporate communication and employer branding teams to showcase as a best workplace of choice.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in HR management or related/equivalent field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate culture, employee engagement, or organizational development, corporate communication or human resource
  • Track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives
  • Strategic and creative thinking to help shape culture strategy
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Possesses a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution
  • Collaborative, personable style with strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire to build relationships, work as a team, keep a positive attitude and embody the values of Yes4All.
