I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    • Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales to meet KPIs

  • Deeply Research and Analysis the market on E-commerce Platform (Wayfair/Walmart) in order to propose short-term and long-term strategy for a sub-category

  • Update and catch up with market trend & company strategy to consult new product development and selling methods for team members Monitor and delegate tasks/projects for team members

  • Build up Sales team by training, and hiring to achieve the best value for Company

  • Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate the efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget

  • Co-operate with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for the smooth running of sales operations such as inventory management and ordering, and new product deployment.

  • Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month, and quarter.

  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the senior leader/ manager.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience at the equivalent position, preferably in e-commerce

  • Experience in planning and team management (about 5-9 members)

  • Preferably working experience in e-commerce

  • Preferably knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.

  • English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).

  • Preferably knowledge about the sporting goods

  • Preferably knowledge about Logistic and Operation

  • Preferably understand Concept drawing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office    

  • Have ability to train and human development

  • Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Have the ability analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven

  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency

  • Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Eager to learn and self-study

  • Be proactive with “can-do” attitude

  • Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative and fast-paced environment
