ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Operations Management

  • Supervise daily 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

2. Inventory Control

  • Establish and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts and overstock situations across all inventory pools (factory, platforms, warehouses)

3. 3PL Management

  • Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely delivery of inventory items, and address any issues related to stock irregularity for both outbound and inbound flows. Manage client/supplier relationships and communicate effectively to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.

4. Transport Operation

  • Oversee the scheduling, routing, and tracking of transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
  • Collaborate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure service levels, resolve issues, and negotiate service improvements.
  • Monitor transportation performance metrics, optimizing routes and minimizing delivery delays.

5. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in fulfillment operation processes and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align warehousing activities with organizational goals and objectives.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

1. KNOWLEDGE

  • General - Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operation planning, and control principles.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in inventory management.

2. SKILLS

  • Strong command in English for 3PL management tasks (IELTS SPEAKING AND LISTENING BAND 7.0 Equivalent)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in warehouse/inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

3. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in inventory/warehouse management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in managing 3PL’s partnerships.
