I. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Programmatic Advertising Automation:
- Develop and implement strategies to automate advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
- Optimize programmatic advertising campaigns using data-driven insights to improve ROAS and efficiency.
- Work closely with data teams to leverage AI/ML models for real-time bid adjustments and audience targeting.
- Monitor ad performance and troubleshoot issues related to automation and optimization.
Merchandising Operations Management
- Oversee the creation, editing, and management of product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Automate merchandising workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, conversion rates, and platform-specific best practices.
- Manage digital assets, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
Promotion Operations Digitalization:
- Develop and implement automation strategies for managing digital promotions and discounts.
- Optimize promotional campaigns based on real-time data and performance insights.
- Ensure seamless execution of promotions across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to enhance promotional effectiveness.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent English writing skills and documentation
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, e-commerce operations, or promotion management.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, etc.) and programmatic bidding.
- Experience with automation tools for digital marketing, merchandising, and promotions (e.g., API integrations, feed management, AI-driven optimization tools).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of SQL or Python is a plus.
