After 12 years doing business on different ecommerce platforms, we possessed different ecommerce expertises such as market research using big data, excellent sourcing and supply chain operation, deep knowledge of Amazon with a strong sales & marketing team.
We are now providing end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International market through our platform in a more efficient way.

Account managers serve as the liaison between companies and their clients. Their core priority is addressing clients’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. Account managers may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.
- Strategy:
- Collaboratively with the E-commerce Services Senior Manager, strategically formulate the Services Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overarching priorities of the company for each designated period.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve new business and expansion objectives.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure continuous business growth.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
- Business Development Management and Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious targets in line with organizational objectives.
- Regularly monitor and report on progress toward sales goals.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue/ GMV targets, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company‘s products and services.
- Provide training and support to the business development team, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and market positioning.
- Effectively communicate services package and benefits to clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the business development team
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate related internal teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
- Provide valuable input to internal teams based on market demands and client feedback.
II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor‘s degree in business or economics relating fields. Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier-client relationship management including market research, business analysis, supply chain operations, digital marketing and sales.
- Preferably background from E-commerce sector, good understanding about Operations Management with a process-based mindset.
- A prior understanding of Amazon operations is considered an advantage.
- Equip good skill of negotiation, communication, presentation, problem solving.
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
